All about the BBSA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The BBSA\u2019s purpose is to raise standards across the blinds, shutters and awnings industry and give both consumers and members clear guidance on best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BBSA members agree to follow a Customer Code of Practice that\u2019s designed to support fair trading and a consistent approach to customer service. It also sets out how complaints should be handled, and what happens if a problem can\u2019t be resolved directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key point is this: the BBSA is a trade association, and membership of the BBSA is tied to ongoing expectations around quality, training, safety, and conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why it pays to work with a member of the BBSA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019re choosing a company that signs up to a recognised code of practice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Any business can promise \u201cgreat service\u201d. The difference with an accredited BBSA member is that there\u2019s a clear framework behind that promise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BBSA\u2019s Customer Code of Practice is there to make sure members trade fairly and deal with issues promptly and reasonably. If a complaint can\u2019t be resolved between customer and member, the BBSA can offer a mediation route and recommend next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
